Fast-growing, dynamic e-commerce businesses,Alora Couver Artistry Gallery, are seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team.
We want someone who is not just looking for a job but looking to be an active part of our team. You must be interested in learning about our products & services and be able to handle varied responsibilities quickly and competently.
Job duties to include but not limited to:
Successful handling of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Placing outgoing calls to follow up on inquiries
Providing product or website information
Data processing,Bookkeeping Services:
Pay Roll, Invoicing Quick Books Management
Processing customer returns/exchanges
General office staff admin support as needed
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in a high volume call center a plus
A professional, confident and friendly phone demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with online shopping
Ability to multitask
Ability to remain calm during challenging situations
Reliability and timeliness are critical

This is a paid internship as the gallery is offering to pay $300 weekly (Payment will be
made every Fridays)
