Greetings!! We are an online wine investment company that has been in business for 15 years. We value and hold a very high reputation in the wine industry and this reflects in our customer service towards our esteemed clients. We are very forward thinking and run an efficient business online. Most of our team work from home. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and has a good command of English. Full training will be provided for specific tasks of the job. More importantly if you are highly motivated and enjoy working in a team then you may have what it takes to join us! Hours of work are flexible providing you fix a regular set of hours each day at specific times. Morning or afternoon is fine. Here is the scope of the main tasks: Updating and maintaining of Xero online accounting software Monthly bank reconciliation using Xero Process quarterly invoices for wine storage fees for clients holding their wines in storage with us. - Charge credit cards using an online credit card merchant - Chase customers for outstanding invoices unpaid Process salaries each month Monitor bank account daily for incoming payments Monitor Xero for outstanding payments to be made Monitor stock of wines in warehouses using online system and reports from warehouses (With help from our team) Monitor storage charges and check storage bills from warehouse each month. Conduct twice yearly paper audits of wines in storage using online warehouse system and reports from warehouse Report Monthly to management the following: - Outstanding invoices unpaid - Cash flow analysis - Storage charges from warehouses are being billed correctly - Any logistics issues or problems arising during the month - Outgoing payments to be made Report quarterly to management the following: - Budget expenditure planning and monitoring that we stick to budget! - Long term outstanding defaulting customers - Cash flow analysis If you think you have what it takes then kindly contact us now!!

My name is Mrs Patrice Mentia Gardiner and I am writing you today about any opening for Client Relations/Floor Manager which will be eventually opened in your new company.
