Hi, We need a Bookkeeper. Someone that is good at: - MYOB. - Excel. - Xero. The task involves: 1. Produce a Chart of Accounts for a particular service business (using excel). 2. Setting up a new company on MYOB (that commenced trading in October 2014). 3. Processing (on MYOB) approximately 125 transactions (covering a 6 month trading period). 4. Creating in excel, and recording in a General Ledger format, each of the transactions for the 6 month trading period for each ledger. 5. Creating relevant Profit & Loss reports on MYOB for the 6 month period (monthly & quarterly reports). 6. Using the reports from MYOB to create monthly & quarterly profit & loss reports (in excel) for each month & quarter for internal performance reporting purposes. We will provide: 1. Access to Basecamp to view relevant transaction documentation. 2. Access to Xero (which is where most of the transactions where initially uploaded). 3. Log in access to the relevant MYOB account so that the company can have their bookkeeping done on MYOB instead of Xero. The final output wanted is: 1. Chart of accounts for the business in excel. 2. Setting up a new company on MYOB (that commenced trading in October 2014). 3. Processing on MYOB of all of the transactions for the business in the last 6 months. (Approximately 125 transactions). 4. A General Ledger document (in excel) which shows each of the transactions for the 6 month trading period for each of the ledgers of the business. 5. Producing of monthly & quarterly reports on MYOB for the business for the last 6 months. 6. Producing of profit and loss reports in excel for each month & quarter which the business can use to assess the monthly & quarterly performance of the business. Timeframes: Ideally, we would like someone who can start working on this project on Wednesday this week (April 22nd). We would also like to have the project completed on, or before, Tuesday April 28th. There is a high likelihood of regular work doing the above tasks in the future (each month / quarter) if work is done to a good standard. Any questions, feel free to ask.
