Design an Excel Macro

I have many cells in an excel worksheet that have data in the following format: 100% 150/150 The data is quantities of items. The numerator and denominator need to be extracted from each cell in the data using a macro and placed into a separate worksheet in individual cells. The item name should be the leading cell, and the individual cells continue in a row. Using the example, the result should be item 1, then 150 in one cell and 150 in the cell next to that. The percentage can be discarded. A sample of data is included.
