I need you to create a attrition report for a call center. Feel free to use access or excel. ( Excel would be better ). This report must generate up to 100 employees. Example for one agent: I need to know his vacation days, sick days, lou days, any kind of day including holidays off. I also need to know the agents shrinkage report. How long was he on a meeting for, how long was he off the phone, how long was he on lunch, break etc. Anything and everything that requires an agent to be off the phone i need those stats. That would be in sheet 1. In sheet 2, i need a pivot table of all the data that is in sheet 1 including charts. I need to be able to make graphs out of all the information presented in sheet1.
This report must have a list of 100 agents,and in the end of it all- it needs to tell me the total in minutes, seconds, hours, and days in seperate colums. Let me know if this is something you can do.
