A Flash application for inputing Chinese characters

We need a Flash application (Action Script 2 required) that enables users to input Chinese characters. This application should include 200 basic Chinese characters (provided by us) and controls whether the user draws each character properly, i.e., drawing correct strokes in the appropriate order, direction and position. The application should be done in two versions: in the first one it should display each stoke, then waits for the user input until it is correct. In the second the user inputs strokes and the application controls it similarly to the [login to view URL] application.
