Animation Development

The file labeled 'screen shot' is our first run at the home page. The logo will be at the top as shown with a animation beside to the right (the animation is described below). The page layout should be used as a guideline to develop the animation. The animation to the right of the masthead logo and shown on the second page of the attached PDF. We are looking for a flash animation that contains the following: 1. The arrows need to rotate about the word ITBx. 2. The gradient needs to animate and flow towards the word ITBx. 3. The word ITBx needs to be gray with gun metal strokes. We also want the ITBx text to have a drop shadow with a blue glow surrounding the text. 4. The document icon needs to move in towards the center and distort/warp as it reaches the center. 5. We will also need icons for PDF, Excel, Word, Zip, AutoCAD to distort/warp in a similar fashion to the document icon. 6. We want all icons to be 'sexy'. 7. The blue hard hat, hammer and triangle also need to move towards the center and distort/warp. 8. All icons must be sized properly and all images must have transparent backgrounds. Deliverables: Flash Animation for the masthead with all support files. 1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that any modifications can be made to them in the future). 2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work , your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement. Payment information The price for this project will be $50.00 payable upon completion and delivery final project.
