Convert a storyboard into an animated flash document

Hi, I'm after some help with converting a storyboard which I will make, into an animated flash document. I will provide the detailed storyboard, outlining all the transitions I need and basic timing, as well as all of the graphical elements. I just need someone to do the actual animating and provide me with the .fla and .swf files at the end :) At the moment the storyboard isn't ready, I'm just scouting for someone to do this once I am ready to go. There are three main scenes, and the total length of the animation is under 5 minutes. I'm after someone who's comfortable doing simple animations but with good balance in timing because there will be text to read and animate in an effective/interesting way.
