* NOTE - This bid has been re-opened again as the previous coder could not complete the work. The technical reason for this is listed in the deliverables section.

PLEASE BE SURE YOU CAN DO THIS. IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY AN EXAMPLE OF DOING THIS BEFORE DON'T BID. I DON'T WANT ANY MORE TIMEWASTERS ON THIS

Want to add MP3 streaming to my website. A flash player seems to be the best solution. When the site is visited I want the music to play and not be interupted when going from page to page.

Also the music should play in the background with no media player style interfaces. Right now the user will not choose the music but I may want to introduce a page in the future which will do this.

Key things:

- Music must stream, not just wait till all is downloaded then play

- I must control whether a tune is chosen at random or a single tune played

- THe music play between pages should be continuous

- I must be able to easily configure the tunes to play.

- I will want to create a page later which allows the user to select from a list of tunes. You will not need to do this as part of the bid but you will need to demonstrate I can do it later.

I know this can be done but don't want to do it myself. The link below is an example I found in literally 30 seconds browsing.

## Deliverables

* I will supply FTP details and YOU will be responsible for adding this to my site. It is very small, around 10 pages, and all but 1 page is straight HTML. The other is a combination of HTML and some Flash.

* NOTE FROM PREVIOUS CODER WHO CANCELLED THE JOB BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE TO DO THIS*

As far as technical concerns go -

You're going to need to put the flash player in a hidden frame; the issue is without buttons it won't play.

The other reason I can't accomplish this is you want a panel for the user to pick the song WITHOUT a player showing up, this just isn't possible (to my knowledge)

Also, the SWF player (flash player) can't easily choose a certain song over another.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
