Convert Template Monster Template: #15029

I have purchased the flash/photoshop template at: [login to view URL] --------------------- I need someone to take this template and make some modications. CSS styling is to be used for styling. I would prefer a table layout to allow for ease of future revisions. If you are more comfortable with CSS positioning, you must ensure that the future revisions to content will NOT break the layout. 1. Add company logo and letterhead to the banner sections in place of the "civil engineering" more pronounced. See example: [login to view URL] 2. Modify template so that only the banner is in flash the rest of the site will be static HTML. 3. Insert images and text per content provided in Word 2003 document. (Attached). 4. Setup contact form to post to .Net page to send out e-mail. 5. Provide any and all source files to make future revisions. I have attached the content needed on the site and the static HTML of the template provided from the source. I have both the *.fla file to be used for the banner and all of the *.PSD files for each page provided in the template. Thanks for taking the time to review.
