alternative Disney princess character pack

Hi guys, A very talented artist drew this Princess on Deviantart. I tried to contact him to see about using her in story i'm wiritng but he never got back in touch. I need someone to take her essence and style and to create a new "alternate" princess as I dont wish there to be any copyright issues. She really is wonderful, so only change what you need to , to keep me out of court ;) I'd like her rendering in flash as a "character pack", i.e. front, side and back profile, with mouth comps. I will include the links for the princess and an example of a character pack below. I am but a simple school teacher and would kindly ask you to take this into consideration when placing your bids - a millionaire I am not.
