animated gifs, icons & UI for Mobile App

We are looking for a skilled illustrator, grapic designer to create 100 animated gifs and 25 icons which are all variations on one character (example will be send once NDA is signed). Icons should be designed for inclusion in the Emoij keyboard. 100 animated gifs are max 10 different versions of the same character but with different text pieces included. In addition one icon In addition we want this person to provide the UI design for the app and and potentially one flash screen. Other requirements: - min 5 star rating and at least 300 hours on freelancer - good English working knowledge - experience with providing graphics for Iphone apps Please reply with examples of your previous work.
