animation video

I need somebody to create a just over 2 min animation movie made mostly with text and some clip arts. It will be displayed on the web site and you tube. Use white background with blue and orange text. You could add other colors if necessary (grey). The first frame should read: SHORT SALES And Other Foreclosure Avoidance Options For Chicagoland’s Distressed Homeowners Do not use any music, just the narration voice (sound and text files attached). Do not use the whole text, just the most important parts to complement the voice.
