CSS Full Site Flash 8 from template and data provided

We have a template ready and purchased in CSS Full Site Flash 8 with all Sources Available: .HTML; .PSD;.FLA;.SWF. We would like to use this template and use even the suggested guidelinesss and pages as you can see [login to view URL] to VERY quickly build a site for a email service. On the attached site map you can see the pages we need. On the site map with links you can see the data. To start we will just take the data from those pages and simply sage all names of the other company to our name. Also attached is the 2 missing pages with text and layout just as we want it. We can use stock photos and can take photos of the competitors websites to start, We just need this up fast. Please understand we want the info and look and actual DESIGN done here. yes using the template and the other pages but this needs to look nice still. Please give your time line and you should stick to it as ALL is provided, There should be no excuse for being late. Again we need this done correctly as instructed and to look as nice or nicer then the samples on the template page and competitors listed.
