Creating website design in .psd files

This project is to design a new website for a printing company. Provider will be repsonsible for providing the following. 1.) Home page design (At least two concepts required) 2.) Two Inner page design (At least two concepts required for inner design. We will then do a slight modification on chosen inner design for inner page #2.) 3.) contact form design (Simple! This will be based on approved inner page) Project will be done to my 110% satisfaction before funds are released. I will escrow all funds. My budget is $100-$115
