Brochure - 1 page tri fold - designed in Photoshop - need a great looking brochure

Hi, I need someone to take the basic info I have for a brochure and apply their graphic and creative talents to it to make it look really cool. It is a one page (front and back) brochure that will be a tri-fold design. I have all the text, headlines and images done - but just laid out very plainly. I need someone to turn it into "wow" brochure. I will provide you with the mock-up I have done with all of the copy already written, all of the the images I have, and a potential color scheme idea (but you can suggest something better if you want), and access to our website so you can understand our image and what we do. You can add additional images, graphic elements and anything else you want to make this brochure look great. Need full source files returned to me in Photoshop. Please provide some samples of your work.
