Create GIF Animation with 13 JPG's

Create GIF animation using 13 JPG. GIF must be in good quality. Must be done within 24 hours of acceptance of project. I will provide the 13 JPG'S GIF animation must be done with frames switching every 2 seconds, 2.5 seconds, 3 seconds and 3.5 seconds. This is a easy project and can be done quickly.
