I have a low-res JPG and PSD I need re-done for a client. You will need to RECREATE the logo in high-res, true vector format. The logo uses a couple clip art pieces that are low-res you will need to re-draw/re-create. Budget is below $40. PMB for logo.

My name is Claudia Mesquita. After working for 13 years in a major Portuguese Graphic Company (Ambar, SA) in the Investigation and Development department as a artist and graphic designer, I started to work as freelancer in this area. I've got a long experience of drawing (manual or vectorized art) photo mask and retouching, editing and in final arts. I've made my high school studies at the the School of Arts of Soares dos Reis. I have got a degree in Marketing Management from the Portuguese School of Marketing and Administration (IPAM), with a Marketing and Design specialization, and I completed professional formations in Photoshop, Freehand and QuarkXpress.
