Hello, I have a form that is in MS Word format. It has a lot of information. Basically I want you to convert it into Indesign and pimp it up so it looks beautiful and is easy to use and read. I also want the user to be able to fill in the PDF, Save, and return it to us. Easy. Please provide some examples of similar work. I will send the form to bidders on request. Thanks and good luck!
