Android app launcher icon and feature/promo graphic

I have an app in Google Play store ([login to view URL]), and it needs some original graphics. What I need is a new launcher icon and a feature/promo graphic. You must have experience with designing these; if you do, then you know the dimensions required and the guidelines. The app's current launcher icon is fine, except I got it from one of those free icon collections, and I would like a unique icon for the app. The launcher icon should be essentially the same style -- a newspaper that has some weather info located somewhere on the page so it is evident that the app provides both news and weather information. The launcher icon and graphics should be simple, clean, and professional looking. To get an idea of the clean simplicity I'm looking for, check out the screenshots on the Google Play page. The weather icons are simple yet clean and professional. The launcher icon's edges should be fully smooth; near pixel-perfection is required, similar to any popular app's icon (and the stock ones that come in Android). * Feature graphic needs to be simple and clean as well, but it should catch your attention in a not-annoying way. * The name of the app on the feature graphic should stand out, preferably using the Gotham Rounded type (see the website's heading: [login to view URL]) * Promo graphic can just be the same as feature graphic but made to fit the required dimensions. * All deliverables must be in PSD format, with the relevant layers, so I can translate the text and tweak/customize later if needed.
