Blueprint for Success logo design

I'm looking for a logo design that looks cool but also corporate. This logo is for training that my company is facilitating. We would like to brand the training system with this logo. I'm thinking it would be great if the logo could incorporate some sort of picture or silhouette that is reflective of the name. (for example, maybe a silhouette of a man creating a blueprint at a drafting table or something then the words.) The colors should definitely have blue in it. And open to any other colors that would look good. But i would like the logo to be designed so the color could be interchangeable and it still look good. Also it could be transparent and still easily recognized as well.
