Create a 2 Panel CD Insert Using Our Design

I am looking for someone to layout a 2 Panel (Front & Back) CD insert for me. For the main/front side, I already have the design and just need you to make sure that it is formatted correctly according to the specs listed below. For the inside, we want to promote one of our other products, so I will give you it's image and text to layout and format. This is a 2 sided job, it is VERY easy and I would do it myself, except I am so damn busy so Do not try and overcharge me.. No Newbiew here here are the specs.
