Design Logo and Business Card for My Little Handicraft Shop

I need a logo and a simple business card to be designed by a talented graphic designer for my business.
It's a small local business selling handicraft goods such as eco papers, decorative lamps, old books, old furniture, traditional curtain.
The name of the shop is Tiger's Friend Shop (maybe logo can exclude shop).
And I want to include address below logo.
The style is oldies / antique and personally I love the exotism of Asian or Afro culture, but I'm open to any original ideas from designers.
I need your creativity to create simple but memorable logo and business card. Something easy, quick and not complicated.
Please give me your lowest price as this is just a little shop.
