Our company is a customer-focused training organisation that delivers high quality outcomes for people working in the construction, manufacturing, transport and mining industry.
Our service is different to other training organisations. We offer tailored training plans which integrate with our clients safe operating procedures (SOP’s) to ensure that training outcomes provide not just a licence or certificate for an employee but an overall understanding of how the training relates to their everyday work procedures and a safer work environment. WH&S More Skills aims to support a model which focuses on behavioral change, where a competent individual understands the plant they are being trained on as well as its relationship to an employer's SOP’s.
WH&S More Skills seeks long term relationships with clients to ensure that we understand all safety aspects of their sites, plant and work processes. Safety is our clients' prime concern and they believe that employees trained on their own site, in their own conditions, on their own plant and under their own SOP’s, will provide them with better operational outcomes and a safer work environment.
We have a comprehensive list of plant and equipment to conduct training in Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Working at heights, Confined space, overhead/gantry crane and ample equipment to conduct scaffolding, rigging and dogging courses simultaneously.
