Design a penguin for my site

Hi! I'm developing a website for my proofreading and editing service, and it's going to have a penguin theme. I need an illustration of a penguin to serve as a logo/mascot for my business. The penguin will appear in a large picture on my homepage, and he might also be included in emails and on print advertising. My gimmick is to sort of imply that the penguin is the one doing the proofreading, and so he needs to look like a little intellectual fellow :) I'm thinking maybe he should have glasses! Also, the website so far has kind of an elegant feel to it (see screenshot), and I'd like the penguin to go along with this; he should be cute, but not too Disney/cartoonish. I'm not too good with fancy programs and file formats, so if you could deliver the image to me as a JPEG or other simple format, that would be awesome. New Freelancers are welcome to bid!
