Convert pdf to tiff

Hello, I need some help for converting one pdf with 382 pages into 382 single tiff-documents. I need only the right column of every page, the left column should be cut out. Pictures can be ignored. The resolution of the original-pdf is 600 dpi. In the end the single tiff-documents should be like this: - resolution: 300dpi - Size of document width: about 10cm - pixel-dimension width: about 1150px - the filename should include the page-number of the pdf-page - alltogehter in a link to a zip-file Here you will find the original document ([login to view URL]) and an example-tiff ([login to view URL]). sincerly Yours
