Beer Pong League Website

Hi there, I am looking for a very basic website that i can upload player names(will be up to 20 people), league statistics, player pictures etc and a page that i can upload commentary on competitions and that kind of thing. It is just a website for some friends that will basically be a bit of fun but will need to be functional and easy to edit on a regular basis without any technical skills required. I will also need the web designer to upload the site to the web host. It does not need to be too clever - basically a logo(provided) and player stats and a league table that can be easily updated. As this is just a bit of fun and bot for a business i only have a very small budget to work with ($100)so i think it would be a great project for a new designer on freelancer to make a little bit of cash but get an opportunity for some feedback and to grow their portfolio. I will need someone that has good english and is able to agree the format with me and just get the job done - i don't really have any time to spend on this project - it feels to me that this kind of site could probably be thrown together in a few hours, once the design has been agreed. I really need the editing and league results to be very simple to edit. Finally i will need this site to be viewed on tablets and smartphones without losing their editing. thanks in advance, Pete
