We need to develop a Website from scratch. This would be a dynamic website where customer registers and creates account. This would be paid service, hence it would require integration with Payment Gateway. Our preferred technologies are open-source such as PHP, PHP related CMS and PHP related frameworks. But, we are also open to new Ideas and new Technologies. We need a Freelancer who is proficient in latest Web based Technologies such as JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX etc. The project and scope details will be shared later.
