I need a website built for a client somewhat like.. visit this link- [login to view URL] The website is kind of like an ESCROW service for residents in South Africa to trade online securely.. The layout of the website will be simple. like tradesafe.. and we don't really need an escrow system.. we just want the ESCROW effect if you understand? The money will be manually deposited into our corporate bank account by the buyer and we will hold it until the seller meets all requirements and the buyer tells us he is happy with what he received. then we will deposit the money into the sellers account. otherwise the money will be given back to the seller and the buyer will give the product back should he not be happpy.. budget: $250 you must have a portfolio to show, and experience.. NO FREELANCERS WITH NO RATINGS WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.
