Build a Website-based Application that Runs Twitter Account Maintenance Tasks

Please post a bid on how much you would charge to build a web app that runs around the clock on our web server and does the following: Connects through Twitter API Auto-retweets and Auto-favorites any tweets that are posted w/ a hashtag or @ handle that we specify Follows 500 ppl per day who has posted a tweet in the last 24 hours and has either used a hashtag we specify in a recent tweet or is following another twitter account we specify Unfollows anyone who hasn\\\'t followed us back after 3 days of us following them Does the above tasks with 20-30 seconds of pause in between each task to make it organic and not get flagged by Twitter\\\" [and we would like to be able to change this time frame to different seconds if we choose] Keeps track of how many accounts have been followed and unfollowed using this app and gives us a summary of analytics showing how the number of followers of our twitter account has grown over time and also how many people the app has followed an unfollowed for that particular project so we can see how it\\\'s progressing and that it\\\'s working round the clock. We should be able to change the analytic start and from date when generating a report so we can see analytics from different time periods (last week, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, last year, etc.) The above tasks are for maintaining one Twitter account and we\\\'d like to do the above for multiple accounts so there should be some sort of way to create multiple projects each with it\\\'s own set of settings via above specifications that we can then customize and they will all run around the clock for all the projects created on the server. Maybe you make the above a Wordpress page template and we can make one page per twitter account we want to maintain and fill out the above criteria and save the page. As long as the pages are live they should do the above tasks over and over and over again without ever stopping. If we deactivate a page then it will stop the tasks
