Build a Website for a startup software company

We need to design a website for a start up software company which needs to showcase several software's they sell on a modern minimalist looking website. The website needs to have user accounts in which they can purchase licenses to software's and add ons. The site needs to be integrated with a good support forum preferably Vbulletin with user accounts only with support active to see the support sections. We are looking for a freelancer who wants to work with us for a long term and we NEED a proposal from yourself as to how exactly you can solve our problem and in what sort of time frame. Please do not send me standard copy and paste messages, I am NOT interested in your past work unless its very similar to my requirement. If you don't bother reading what I've written then I will definitely not read your message, so please start your reply with the word 'startup' followed by how you propose to solve our problem ie. what CMS, forums etc you think will be best for our needs.
