Build a Website with user login

For our coming mentoring project we need a website with user login only. The website does not have to be a completely original one, suitable Wordpress theme can be used and adjusted. Features: 1) Individual profile for each client, where we create the login information. Client can not do it himself. 2) When client is logged in there will be a simple menu on the top and sidebar menu on the left. 3) There should be a feature to embed a youtube videos. 4) Each video will push the viewer to complete certain action so under the video there has to be a possibility to write what actions have to be done for example this certain week and a the viewer needs to have an option to tick the action as finished, write answer to our question and save the information. (see attachment 3 and 4.) 5) Under that there need to be a place for comments. The freelancer can be completely inspired by the print screens attached. What is expected from the freelancer: 1) Create or set up a suitable WP theme and explain how to work with the features. 2) The site should be as simple as possible.
