Build a Website

I need someone who is experienced in Wordpress to create this website for me from scratch. I know there is a lot missing that can still be created however the basics are there. - Homepage with slider - Sign up page with the ability to select which template you can order (I need to be able to add more to this) The payment gateway goes to Paypal - Templates need to be created as posts but I ALSO need a blog in there so please create a separate blog functionality. - Templates will enlarge to a lights out but also have a description. - If I order a template from the templates page I need the signup form to automatically select this option. Any other questions please let me know. Deadline would ideally be in the next couple of weeks.
