FARM TRANSPORT INPUT ( for client private use only, not public ) The client runs a farm, on the farm they have numerous trucks and drivers. They also grow corn. They have 2 sides of the business, the transporting side and the corn delivery side. With every trip they do, they receive delivery notes. These delivery notes are then input into the relevent side of the business’ records. The company is called “Draaihoek Safari’s EDMS (BPK)” So regardless of which side, every month they have to input ALL the data, I will list them in this document, and from that the client will want to go into the transport side and do the following : - Check all inputs - Sort all inputs - Filter all inputs - The software must be able to calculate totals of the filtered content. Lets say there are 4 inputs. 2 are under COMPANY 1, 2 are under COMPANY 2. Client filters all inputs to COMPANY 1. The software must then give total of the inputs to COMPANY 1. - At any stage, under ALL INPUTS or under FILTERED INPUTS, client must be able to select ( via checkbox ) any number of inputs and select CREATE INVOICE. - Main options would be : - 1. Add Vehicle 1.1 Add Truck Horse Registration No 1.2 Add Truck Trailer Registration No 1.3 Assign Driver to a truck 1.4 Add Value of truck and trailer 2. Add Driver 2.1 Add driver name and surname 2.2 Add driver ID No 2.3. Add driver Cellphone no 2.4. Add driver address 2.5. Add image of driver’s ID 3. Add Site 3.1 Site name 4. Add Client 4. Create Invoice 5. Create Statement ( here they must be able to select from all created invoices ) 6. They have default radius tariffs that I want to input and change, for instance: 6.1. LIQ* S1 : 1-8km = ZAR 62 So when creating input, they must either be able to choose default radius value Or be able to input custom value. I will explain later what must be calculated. This first tariff option is from their FARM to whatever location. made per hectare per site for that year. Attached full document.
