I have a website almost complete. It is a food review website that allows users to tag food with ingredients and locations. I have a very good example of the functionality of the website on request. I need a freelancer to finish the project with: 1. Excellent communication skills 2. Strong understanding of Word Press and converting websites into Responsive platforms for Ipad and smartphones 3. Work fast 4. Good understanding of how to register users using either Facebook or Twitter 5. Good understanding of signing up users / members 6.
