Build a Website

I operate a small supply chain consultancy and already have a website. But it is out of date and was quickly put together by a friend of mine several years ago. It was not too bad but needs updating. I have a good idea of what I want it to look like and can supply the content, but I need someone to build it for me. I envisage a front page with a scrolling banner and links to 3 - 4 other pages.
