Goal is to design and develop web portal offering secure money transfer between users. Transfer will be processed only after successful confirmation of sender. Job Description: We're looking for a Web Developer. Propose time line and price for this project. Provide references to websites/portals, if you have built any. Your responsibilities: - Review business requirements - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Produce a solid, detailed technical design - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use ---------------------------------------------------------------- Goal is to design and develop web portal offering secure money transfer between users. User A sends some amount to user B. User B receive a notification of allocated funds, but this are not released, until user A confirm transaction. User B delivers goods for user A, as he knows there is no way to user A to cancel transfer. After receiving goods user A will confirm transaction and user B will get his money. Expected functionality at least: - all users need to register - email is used as 'username' - it is possible to send funds to unregistered users as well (user will receive email notification with link to register) - view transaction history - transactions should contain amount, from, to, comment, uniq transaction id, date/time - all transactions should be confirmed automatically after (30? days) if case is not created - multilingual support - possibility to add 2 factor auth later (sms codes, email confirmation of transactions, sw tokens, ...) (for transactions, for registration, for login, ...) - possibility to open a case (for unconfirmed transactions from user A or user B) or general issues for everyone - operator can respond to case, resolve it - send/receive funds should be based on local balance. if not enough funds, redirect to deposit page - deposit/withdraw options - defined transaction fee (fix + %) - admin view to see all transactions, all users details, ... - after closing transaction, user A can leave a feedback on user B and vice versa

Hello, I can offer you quality, maintainable, SECURE and fast code. I can also make the system work with bitcoin or altcoins, Paypal, wire, etc. I have my own small and secure framework that i will use. It has built in login system with 2 form auth (sms or google authenticator). The UI will use bootstrap so it wll be easy to change in the future if you need to. It will have all the things you listed. Just a friendly advice, I've worked on code made previously by 2 of the bidders in front and if you happen to choose them, know that they deliver spaghetti code that is unmaintainable, they have little sql knowledge and they code for php 5.2 and mysql php extension (both of which are soon to be deprecated and the mysql extension is insecure). My code is sql injection proof as every sql statement is a preprared one using php's PDO.

odindarkmoor another thing user a could just do a charge back or tell the credit card company the charge was not authorized and there goes the money. with paypal and some other credit card processers the payers win by default expicaly for digital / non physical goods. You only have to open a paypal dispute and most of the time paypal will side with you if its not a physical shipped product. 5 minutes ago odindarkmoor Theres a problem what happens if user B tranfers but user a refuses to release funds. This happens alot even here on freelancer some people just resfuse to pay for what they get.
