Change the picture slider size and some other things.

I have a website that was built in costume framework with pure PHP, I need someone to help me with: 1. Whenever i make changes on the website the original codes will overwrite whatever changes I made so I cannot make changes; I need someone who can take out that overwritten code and change the color of the text on my top menu for me. 2. Change the size and style of the picture slider for me. (example will be provided) 3. add a text-rolling slider under the picture slider The site is in chinese so please don't please bid if you cannot work with the language.
