Overwatch Firearms Training Group will be offering Instructor packages and actively recruiting instructors to teach the Concealed Firearm Course in Florida, US. Each instructor will pay an Initial Startup Fee, and a recurring monthly membership fee, in order to use the "Overwatch Instructor Package" to conduct their own courses. The "Instructor Start-up Fee" will pay for the following project: After paying the Start-up Fee, Overwatch Firearms Training Group will purchase 5 domains in the Instructors area of instruction, and will design, host, maintain, and provide SEO for a website completely unique to that instructor. The website will allow the instructor to market himself through the website, and the website will allow students to sign up and pay for the course directly through the Instructor's unique website. Essentially, the target customer will be drawn initially to the Instructor's website, then will be directed to [login to view URL] to complete the Online Concealed Course, and then redirected back to the Instructor to complete the live fire portion of the course. Below is an example of how the website would be set up for an instructor signing up in Orlando, Florida. All hosting, domain purchases, etc. would be paid for by our company. This project would require the developer to be able to build and accomplish the following: - Ability to run accurate SEO research based on content described below - SEO Search for top search terms specific to Instructor's area of instruction. For example, "Orlando Concealed Carry Class" "Orlando Concealed Permit Course", etc. - Purchase of 5 domains based on top 5 googled search terms (Example, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.) - Separate development of each Domain (NOT parked, subdomain, redirected, forwarded, etc.) Each domain can utilize the same graphics, template, etc., just with different content. - Each separate domain/website will contain the following content on the home page: 1) Course Description including embedded video explaining product (already used on [login to view URL]) 2) Course Cost 3) Instructor Bio 4) Instructor Contact Information 5) Instructor photo 6) "Sign up" button linking to PayPal account already set up by Instructor 7) "Join the NRA" button linking to the NRA membership area 8) A link/map to the Instructor's training area/range In addition to the main page, enough secondary content pages to be able to earn Google ranking. Also, each domain needs appropriate SEO back end development (Sitemap, googlebot, other SEO tools, etc.) PAYMENT AND CONCEPT OF RECURRING PROJECT OPPORTUNITY The initial wordpress template and website design can be reused for each new instructor that is recruited. Once the initial project/website/design/content is approved and tested, it can be cloned for every future instructor. Obviously, the content/location/domains will change and will be unique to each instructor, but will follow the exact same format. The programmer awarded this project will be paid the entirety of the Startup Fee for each instructor that is signed up in the future, in addition to whatever price is agreed upon for the initial project. Depending on demand/market/competition, the Startup fee is expected to be charged between $100 - $300 dollars. After the initial project, the amount of time/work required of the programmer for every similar project after that should be reduced significantly. Project/Programmer Requirements and Qualifications: - Proven SEO experience with other websites, preferably done in Florida - Wordpress experience proven through current examples of other active websites HIGHLY Preferred: - Moderate/Experienced knowledge of Firearms Terminology, and Florida Concealed Firearm License - Ability to write content in CORRECT ENGLISH and grammar including necessary terms based on Google SEO search terms.
