School Attendance Management system which should be able to facilitate the daily task of teachers and admin staff to take attendance of Students. The system will be used by teachers,parents and admin staff. System must be accessible via Web & Android application. should be created for taking attendance with supporting following functions. system must be able to allow staff to take attendance on a daily basis and update attendance records for earlier dates. Students registration number and names should be displayed. Staff taking attendance could only be able to see the class she is in-charge of or assigned-to. Users(teachers and parents) should be able to download app. application Should send reminders to staff’s reporting teacher if attendance records are not updated by staff within a certain time which is set by the school. application Should be able disseminate real time information through WiFi or mobile broadband. application able to notify parents whose child is absent without valid reasons, by school-stipulated time. application must have the option to automatically send SMS message to parents who do not possess smartphones with data plans. application send notification and messages to school approved app users. application allow parents to provide consent(approval- yes or no) for school activities. application allow staff to generate reports and export information for filing. application Provide of staff attendance-taking as well should allow unlimited number of notifications, with an option to attach items such as images. System should support unlimited number of recipients. Please propose the software and hardware architecture and configuration to support the system.
