Aerial rendering of multiple structures, trees and lots of flowers

I'm looking for a top-notch artist than can create an aerial birds-eye view (sitemap/siteplan) of a property for a poster. Strongly prefer Photoshop, but also open to an artist painting instead. The style should be a vibrant painted look similar to the following links:

Will need to be at a slight angle (shown below) instead of straight down view:

If done in photoshop, we will require a high-res 300dpi 24x36 PSD of the final image with ALL layers included and un-merged. We want this to have a painted look, but again, digital format is highly preferred. There are approx. 30 various buildings, dirt lots, fences and lots of trees and flowers that will need to be in the PSD.
Please send samples of work you have done and if we're interested, we'll show you more details specific to the project. If you haven't done this type of work, yet you're confident you can excel on this project, we'll give you a test building to do and consider people new to Freelancer or students.
This project will need to be done from start to finish in the next 10 days as cost effectively as possible. Thanks and we look forward to working with you!
PLEASE NOTE: This job is best suited for a digital artist, children's book illustrator or photoshop artist - we DO NOT need or want realistic 3-D renderings, nor do we have the budget for it. Our MAX budget for this project is $300. It is one painting of an aerial view - no where near as complicated as the first freelancers are believing it to be. Thank you!
