Apparel and Pronotional Products Graphic Design Team Needed

We are adding to our team of full time graphic artists who will create mockups of product and design requests made by our customers from our website: [login to view URL] on an "as needed" basis. Requests will include modifications to stock designs that are already on our website, new design descriptions and new designs based on visual references provided by our customers. The majority of these requests will be emailed automatically as they come in from our website. Our heavy production season begins in August, and we are interested in building long-term relationships with graphic artists. Finding an "agency" even if it is a network of artists where one can assume the "team Lead" position and train other artists would help us get closer to that goal. We are posting this opportunity now, with the expectation that work would begin in Early August, and the top performing artists will be offered full-time dedicated positions with our company as well.
