Architect design Building -Urgent

So I recently purchased this new building... It is very old and dirty.. It is a 4 unit commercial building. I want to re-design it, and show my construction team some new designs for them to build it. You are only re-designing the exterior of the building. I want the whole front face, flat... I dont like how the doors are "in" the building. I would like your 4 designs to include different materials. ex.. one design the building can be stone ex.... one design it can be metal panels etc.... I want something Clean and simple, modern, and nice. I attached the image of the building, please create the same building from scratch, but with modern looks. ( 4 designs) Please be very detailed, I will showing these designs to the bank. Its a four unit commercial property. In the design can you add 4 famous businesses signs above the businesses. ex, Start bucks, Gucci, Nike, Apple for each design can i have 2-3 angels of the building I need it done within 10 hours!!!
