Auto dealer site template. Needed ASAP.

We are in need of a site template simular to this site but better: [login to view URL] this cannot be a complete copy but rather something nicer than this site with a cleaner design. We only need a layout for the main front page and no internal pages. Must be with a black background and for highline cars, so it has to be catchy, flashy and look really eye catching. Would need this done in the next couple days. Only need the PSD for this with all layers appropriately labeled. No just Layer 1 or Layer 2 actual names for the layers as labels please. Need tnhis done ASAP and within our budget of $30-40 max. Flash does not need to be designed just the PSD file only and must be clean and professional. Please provide examples of auto dealer sites you have designed in the past. Thank you.
