Convert a fashion print from jpg to another format

The attached files show:
1. a blue dress with a graphical print on the bottom right hand corner; and
2. a top with a graphical print of houses on the left.
The graphics are to be sent to a clothing manufacturer for printing. The resolution in the attached jpg files is too low for printing. I need a freelancer to convert the graphics to a higher resolution suitable for printing. The resultant files must be saved in AI, CRD or PDF format.
This task is urgent as the manufacturer needs the converted files today.
