Custom Drawing/Sketch in white on black background

I need a highly detailed custom drawing produced in white on a black background. I am attaching a rough sketch to follow. While you don't have to follow the sketch exactly, it should be fairly close in terms of the major items, the proportions and dimensions, particularly the blank spaces at the bottom and the middle. However, the details of the design are up to you. The scene consists of a man fishing by a pond that is surrounded by trees. A 4-wheeler is parked nearby and the word "Nate" is written somewhere toward the bottom. At the top a duck is flying.
The design needs to be done on a black background because it will be laser etched onto a black stone, and typically just inverting a normal drawing isn't adequate and doesn't look quite right, or good enough.
The final design can either be computer generated graphics or hand drawn and scanned, however, it must be delivered in a high resolution digital file (typically jpg or bmp, but let me know if you want to use something else). Ultimately the file will be turned into a 1-bit black and white file, so you can deliver it that way if you prefer, but it isn't required.
