Design a Webpage - No functionality

Need to have 2 pages desigend, the home page and an inner page. Delivery is an image only, such as a photoshop file. Functionality is not required. Already have a very clear guidance / layout of what I need that I can share. Look and feel of page is a mix of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I expect the design to be at the level of the two previous sites and I will only pay once I am completely satisfied. If you cant deliver work at that quality level, please don’t bid. Thanks
