Crime Thriller Animation

I am currently working on a script for a short crime thriller that I want to make in to an amazing animation. The story looks like it will lend itself to be 5-10 minutes long. I am looking for an animator who has an amazing attention to detail. They have to be able to create the vision and the world this will be set in. The story is a noir crime thriller, I want it to look like the Sin city film, Dark gritty and very edgy. Other influences and looks: The Matrix. Blade Runner. The majority of the animation will be in 2D with a few 3D elements - this is open to discussion. The key to this project is the ability to create the atmosphere and the feel of the world I am looking to set the story in. The Story: Two professional thieves - decide on one last job.
