Coupon Deal Website - Similar to LIVINGSOCIAL & GROUPON

We are creating a Coupon Deal site that functions like Living Social and Groupon but with a twist by adding a social network aspect to it. We are looking for someone with full experience in building Coupon site and understanding the following functions: - Content Management System- Backend, Frontend, and Account Management - eCommerce - Accounts management, Inventory, Refunds, etc - Vendor Login - Monitor live sales, post sales, etc - Vendor Agreements - Online Contracts that need to created by you guys with all legal terms (Our lawyer will review) - Front End we need someone to build the site so it runs smooth and share ideas We have mock-ups but will not be release until we select a developer. We are looking for an SRS or Proposal from someone experienced in this field. This should detail the structure of the site and how you guys plan on building it. You can use a past proposal but in order for us to select the provider we must see something that assures us that we are hiring the right experienced person for this project.
