Design a professional facebook page - repost

We are llooking for someone that has experience desiging and working with facebook accounts. this would need to be a professional business landing page including banner on top. 1. banner on top needs to have our logo and a picture 2. 2000 likes need to be included on page 3. four posts with pictures are also needed. we would like these posts to be similar to a coupon and in a seperate downloadable, wordpress form so that we can change and reload over time. 4. tabs to be included are one for a contact us, another leading to our actual website
